After months of meticulous planning and preparation, we are so excited to let you know that our brand new website is live and ready for you.

The heartfelt journey that led to our NEW product range.

After facing debilitating gut health issues for a decade and being diagnosed with IBD (Inflammatory bowel disease), I had no choice but to create products that were suitable for my healing journey. The medical profession had no answers and chemicals were going to be my future with a diminished life. I could no longer eat an array of products without suffering severe consequences.

I suffered especially after receiving food items that were contaminated with Gluten and lactose. It unleashed a cascade of chaos in my body. The inflammation it caused was so severe that I dropped below the 50kg mark, and could no longer consume normal food items, and was so severe that I developed an oedema in my peri portal vein and led to my hospitalization. The pain was excruciating and even breathing and walking became a difficult task. Running a business became impossible and daily tasks could no longer be accomplished without suffering. A day without pain did not exist and I could see no future, as reversing the effects of that incident seemed like an impossible task as I stared death in the eyes. In those 6 months my life changed for the worst, and I had to come up with a range that was allergen free that I could consume and get my body rebuilt. I had no choice, but to persevere after the severe damage that was done by the gluten contamination incident. I could no longer risk consuming foods from the retail shelf that were not made in a 100% gluten free facility. I made it my mission to develop an all-inclusive balanced range of products and specifically bread that is completely allergen free and caters for my daily needs.

After 10 000 hours I perfected it and now we are sharing it with all of you, so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy once loved foods again and rebuild their bodies and especially their guts to be strong and healthy. I have fortified all the products to ensure I receive all my vitamins and minerals needed in the food I consume and tossed all the tablets. Since consuming these products, my body has restored, my gut health has never been better, and my energy and overall vitality are at their peak. Today, I live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life where body, mind and spirit are connected and pain free. I rebuilt my body through only consuming good nutritious foods, saving hundreds of thousands of rands, by eliminating a future of pills and brain altering chemicals. Building happy healthier nations became my personal mission, to help build a better world.
