Our flour replacements namely, Baking Flour (All Purpose) and Bread flour was very unique developed in-house. The formulation was created with a large focus on real health and nutrition. It is the first completely allergen-free flour that is also hormone free, NON-GMO while containing no added preservatives with options for every recognised allergen. All while mimicking the same great taste, texture of most products know and sold currently, items such as Bread, Rolls, Doughnuts, Cupcakes, Biscuits, Muffins just to name a few.
