Our Gracious Bakers Health Loaf is made with wholesome, allergen-free ingredients, ensuring that those with sensitivities can indulge without a worry. Packed with an abundance of seeds and fiber, each slice offers a wonderfully rustic texture and a deeply satisfying flavour that pairs perfectly with your favourite toppings, whether sweet or savory. It’s time to bring that pure, simple joy back to the kitchen and the dining table, with a delicious loaf everyone can gather around.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:

  • 300 Gram Gracious Bakers Bread Flour
  • 35 Gram Gracious Bakers Sweetener / Coconut Sugar
  • 20 Gram Baking Powder
  • 5 Gram Bicarb of Soda
  • 200 Gram Water
  • 25 Gram Lemon Juice
  • 75 Gr Coconut Cream
  • 5 Gram Salt
  • 50 Gram Oats
  • 90 Gram Gracious Bakers Superflax
  • 50 Gram Sunflower Seeds
  • 60 Gr Dates Chopped / Cranberries
  • 30 Gr Pumpkin seeds
  • 25 Gr Chia Seeds

What You Will Need:

  • 1 Bread Loaf tin 20cm
  • Scale
  • Hand Beater
  • Coconut oil & Rice Flour for dusting.
  • Oven
  • Bowl of Water for Hands

Method 

    • Pre-Heat your oven to 180°C
    • Use Coconut Oil to oil your bread tin and dust with a light coat of rice flour.
    • Sift your Gracious Bakers Bread flour and add the, oats, superflax, salt, seeds, baking powder, bicarb of soda and dates in your mixing bowl.
    • Mix your sweetener, water, coconut cream, lemon juice together.
    • Set up your hand beater with beater attachments and beat the mixture while slowly pouring the liquids into the flour mixture.
    • Beat for 3 minutes until a smooth mixture, the mixture should be sticky.
    • Scoop the mixture into your moulds and top with seeds of your choice.
    • Bake in Pre-Heated oven for 15 minutes for the mini loafs and 30- 40 minutes for a large loaf.
    • Cool and enjoy.

HAPPY BAKING!

  • Replace the baking powder WITH YEAST AND PROOF OF 60 – 90 MINUTES.
  • Replace the SWEETENER WITH COCONUT SUGAR.
  • Please be mindful of your sugar intake and restrict to 10% of your daily total energy intake.
  • FDA daily recommended is 25-50 Gram.
  • The lemon juice can be replaced with any acidity of choice.

Note: This yields 1 Bread Loaf 20 cm
