We all know that eating Allergen Free is challenging at times. Especially so when we have to try and convert some of our beloved recipes and sweet treats into Gluten and Dairy Free versions that you know, to taste like normal. We’ve made this challenge our mission to overcome, and have dedicated all of our efforts to create two delightfully diverse flours; Gracious Bakers Baking flour and Bread flour.
If you are especially new to the Allergen Free world, you’re probably thinking “surely flour is flour.” Well unfortunately with Gluten Free it’s not that simple. There is no one singular product that can replicate Gluten in any form, but especially baking. Instead we use a combination of flours to create a product that will work essentially like a wheat flour that contains gluten. We have carefully crafted a Bread flour, which can be used to substitute gluten Bread flour, and can be used to create once loved recipes. The Texture when used in Bread and bread derivatives, is soft, light, airy and moist with a fine springy crumb. Both our flours are fortified with a unique, one of a kind blend of nutrients and vitamins. This fortified blend provides all the right amount of essential vitamins and nutrients for your overall health and wellbeing. Our flours were created not only with their baking functional properties in mind, but also their health benefits. Every ingredient is non-GMO and all our premixes contains no preservatives. We wanted to ensure each and every raw ingredient used contains vital nutrients and aids the body’s daily functions.
