Recipe by Gracious Bakers

Serves 4:

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Box Gracious Bakers Penne Pasta
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 350g sliced biltong
  • 1 punnet of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method: 

  1. Cook your pasta as per the package instructions.
  2. While your pasta is cooking melt your butter in a sauce pan over a medium heat.
  3. Add your biltong, mushrooms and garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat and add your cream. Allow to simmer until the cream starts to thicken.
  5. Add your parmesan and stir until well combined. Season to your taste.
  6. Serve your pasta with a generous amount of this decadent sauce and enjoy!
